In 2002, Mathew Lowry was website manager for IST 2002. I think, although he was a science journalist for many years, this was the first time he was interviewed. I shouldn’t say interview because we talked most of the time haha.

And a short clarification: I was the website manager for IST 2002. The first time user generated content appeared on EUROPA, as far as I know. Used a lot of techniques we’d call social networking now.

Yeah I think I still have a downloaded copy of my networking session page with responses and comments. Any info on IST2002 online still? I couldn’t seem to find anything solid.
